Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Atelier Formy. If you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. As pieces are handmade, slight natural variations are not considered defects. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
